Fibra UNO reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 5,966.33 million compared to MXN 5,240.81 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 6,783 million compared to MXN 6,231.56 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 5,927.87 million compared to MXN 12,535.55 million a year ago.
For the full year, sales was MXN 22,969.79 million compared to MXN 20,979.72 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 26,057.34 million compared to MXN 23,900.69 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 17,833.36 million compared to MXN 23,642.86 million a year ago.
Fibra Uno Administracion SA de CV (Fibra Uno) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company focuses on operating and developing a range of real estate assets for leasing, mainly in the industrial, retail and office segments.
