Fibra UNO reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 5,654.2 million compared to MXN 5,376.83 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 6,448.11 million compared to MXN 6,018.43 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 200.65 million compared to net income of MXN 4,315.83 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 17,003.46 million compared to MXN 15,738.91 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 19,274.34 million compared to MXN 17,669.13 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 11,905.48 million compared to MXN 11,107.31 million a year ago.
Fibra Uno Administracion SA de CV (Fibra Uno) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company focuses on operating and developing a range of real estate assets for leasing, mainly in the industrial, retail and office segments. It aims at acquisition, development, rental and management of various types of commercial real estate projects in Mexico, including industrial, retail, office and mixed-use projects.
