Fibra UNO reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 5,123.92 million compared to MXN 4,658.8 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 2,556.31 million compared to MXN 1,540.29 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 10,362.08 million compared to MXN 9,431.64 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 6,791.49 million compared to MXN 1,123.78 million a year ago.
Fibra Uno Administracion SA de CV (Fibra Uno) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company focuses on operating and developing a range of real estate assets for leasing, mainly in the industrial, retail and office segments. It aims at acquisition, development, rental and management of various types of commercial real estate projects in Mexico, including industrial, retail, office and mixed-use projects. The Company's portfolio comprises over 510 properties.
