Fibra UNO reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 5,698.24 million compared to MXN 5,123.92 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 6,448.63 million compared to MXN 5,801.32 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 5,562.23 million compared to MXN 2,556.31 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 11,349.26 million compared to MXN 10,362.08 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 12,826.22 million compared to MXN 11,650.7 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 12,106.13 million compared to MXN 6,791.49 million a year ago.
Fibra Uno Administracion SA de CV (Fibra Uno) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company focuses on operating and developing a range of real estate assets for leasing, mainly in the industrial, retail and office segments.
