Gentera, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:GENTERA *) agree to acquire additional 6% stake in ConCredito- Bursatilizaciones de creditos from FinUtil, S.A. de C.V., Sofom ENR, Comfu S.A. de C.V and Talento ConCrédito for approximately MXN 510 million on August 10, 2020. Post completion, Gentera will increase its stake from 45% to 51% in ConCrédito. Transaction was funded from Gentera own resources. Both companies will continue to work in a coordinated manner in the administration and operation of the business to implement synergies in the shortest possible time. Transaction has the authorization of the Federal Commission on Economic Competition.

Juan Manuel Sancho Rodrigo and Diego Hernández Abascal of Gonzalez Calvillo SC acted as a legal advisor to Gentera. Juan Antonio Martín, Mauricio Valdespino, Guillermo Aguayo, María Teresa Fernández Labardini and Henri Capin Gally of White & Case, S.C. acted as a legal advisor to FinUtil, S.A. de C.V., Sofom ENR, Comfu S.A. de C.V. and ConCrédito.
