Gentera, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was MXN 6,291 million compared to MXN 5,101 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,501 million compared to MXN 590 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 0.948.
For the nine months, net interest income was MXN 18,237 million compared to MXN 14,830 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 3,716 million compared to MXN 1,504 million a year ago.
Gentera SAB de CV (Gentera), formerly Compartamos SAB de CV, is a Mexico-based financial institution specialized in banking and credit services. Genteraâs main activities are: granting loans and credits to communal banks, community groups, low-income individuals; offering saving accounts, insurance policies, administration and human resources services, making payments of family remittance and granting operation with securities and other financial instruments.
