Big Three Restaurants, Inc. (OTCPK:BTHR) entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire nine franchise stores from KFC Corporation on November 20, 2012. The definitive agreements and closings are subject to financing in an aggregate amount of $11.5 million, among other customary requirements.
