Hastings Group Holdings plc Appoints Selina Sagayam as Independent Non-Executive Director and to Remuneration Committee and Risk Committee

Hastings Group Holdings plc announced that, following recommendation of the Nomination Committee, Selina Sagayam has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. Sagayam has also been appointed to the company's Remuneration Committee and Risk Committee.
