Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that on April 8 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Ipsen's voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market.

The declarant stated that it held, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 6,625,782 Ipsen shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 7.91% of the capital and 5.02% of the voting rights of the French pharmaceutical company.
