ISDN Holdings Limited Appoints Heng Su-Ling Mae as Independent Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of ISDN Holdings Limited having considered the qualifications and work experience of Ms Heng Su-Ling Mae and the recommendations of the Nominating Committee, is of the view that Ms Heng Su-Ling Mae possesses the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the responsibilities as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company. Ms Heng Su-Ling Mae is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Accordingly, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms Heng Su-Ling Mae as an Independent Non-execuitve Director of the Company.
