Japan Excellent, Inc. announced earnings guidance for the period ending June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2021. For the period ending June 30, 2021, the company expects total revenues of JPY 10,574 million, Operating income of JPY 4,504 million, Ordinary income of JPY 3,897 million and Net income of JPY 3,896 million.
For the period ending December 31, 2021, the company expects total revenues of JPY 10,321 million, Operating income of JPY 4,168 million, Ordinary income of JPY 3,518 million and Net income of JPY 3,517 million.
Japan Excellent, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. It primarily invests in office buildings located in Tokyo's six central wards, central Osaka and Nagoya, Tokyo's surrounding areas, including Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba Prefectures, as well as other government-designated cities.
