Karo Healthcare AB acquired Rights to the OTC brand Proctosedyl from Bayer Aktiengesellschaft (XTRA:BAYN) on March 6, 2024. Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze, Dr. Maximilian Backhaus, Dr. Friedrich Gebert , Marcus Nothhelfer of ARQIS Rechtsanwälte and Associated Lawyers Franzosi Dal Negro Setti acted as legal advisor and PricewaterhouseCoopers Sweden acted as accountant advisor to Karo Healthcare AB.
