Kolinpharma purchased its own shares for about EUR19,000

(Alliance News) - Kolinpharma Spa announced that--in the period from Dec. 19 to Dec. 23--it purchased 2,200 of its own shares.

The weighted average price was EUR8.65 for a total consideration of EUR19,044.

As a result, the company holds 23,000 treasury shares, or 1.40 percent of the share capital.
