Kolinpharma continues with share buyback

(Alliance News) - Kolinpharma Spa reported that during the period from June 12 to June 16, 2023, it made a buyback of 1,800 of its own shares.

The shares were taken over at a weighted average price of EUR8.56 for a total consideration of EUR15,420.

As a result of these transactions, as of June 16, 2023, the company held 39,200 treasury shares, or 2.4 percent of the share capital.

Kolinpharma ended Thursday up 3.2 percent at EUR9.60 per share.
