BIOVILL Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065940) announced a private placement of 5,461,496 common shares with Hanryu Bank at KRW 1,831 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 9,999,999,176 on October 18, 2018. Each share to be issued through third party allotment will have a face value of KRW 500 per share. Payment date is November 16, 2018 for the transaction. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
BIOVILL Co.,Ltd., formerly KSCB Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of pigment preparations used in plastic processing industry. The Company provides four categories of products: plastic coloring agents, plastic printing inks, synthetic leather surface coating agents and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds.
