(PSE:LBC) agreed to acquire LBC Australia PTY Limited/ LBC Money Transfer PTY/ LBC Express Airfreight (S)/ LBC Aircargo (S) from Jamal Limited for $4.6 million on June 27, 2018. LBC Express Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire 10 shares of LBC Money Transfer PYT Limited for $19453.5 per share, the consideration of $0.19 million to be paid in cash. LBC Express Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire 0.22 million shares of LBC Australia PTY Limited for $8.3 per share, the consideration of $1.8 million to be paid in cash. LBC Express Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire 0.01 million shares of LBC Express Airfreight (S) PTE. LTD. for $241.5 per share, the consideration of $2.4 million to be paid in cash. LBC Express Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire 0.09 million shares of LBC Aircargo (S) PTE. LTD. for $1.5 per share, the consideration of $0.15 million to be paid in cash. The transaction has been approved by the board of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. (PSE:LBC).
