The Board of Legal & General Group Plc has recommended a final dividend of 14.63 pence, giving a full year dividend of 20.34 pence, up 5% from the prior year (19.37 pence). The Board's intention is to grow the dividend at 5% until FY24. Ex-dividend date (2023 final dividend) is 25 April 2024.
Record date is 26 April 2024, Annual General Meeting is 23 May 2024, Dividend payment date is 6 June 2024.
