Digital Identity Inc. agreed to acquire LIFULL Marketing Partners from LIFULL Co., Ltd. (TSE:2120) for ¥670 million on August 22, 2022. Under the terms of the acquisition, Digital Identity will acquire 3,250 shares of LIFULL Marketing. With the transfer of shares, LMP will be removed as a consolidated subsidiary. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of LIFULL. The transfer of shares is expected to happen on September 30, 2022. LIFULL expects the effects of this transfer on earnings results for to be negligible. As on September 22, 2022, the terms of deal revised to ¥660 million.

The HOMEâS Related segment is engaged in the operation of the real estate information Website LIFULL HOME'S, the advertising agency business, the system development and Web production business, the provision of customer relationship management (CRM) services for real estate companies, and data management platform (DMP) service for developers, as well as the Internet marketing business. The Overseas segment is engaged in the operation of the aggregation site Trovit and overseas real estate information sites. The Company is also engaged in the operation of a series of Websites for nursing facilities searching, insurance shops searching and reservation, moving estimate and reservation, rental storage space information searching, as well as the insurance agency business and other businesses.
