NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS

OF THE 9TH (NINTH) SIMPLE, NON-CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE ISSUE OF THE

UNSECURED TYPE

LOJAS RENNER S.A. ("Company") announces to the holders of the 9th (ninth) issue of simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures, single series, issued on April 10, 2019, that on October 10, 2022, it will pay per debenture:

Nominal value to be amortized	R$ 10,000.00
Interest amount payable	R$ 656.536600
Total	R$ 10,656.536600

Additionally, the Company informs that the debentures referring to the 9th issue of debentures are no longer traded, due to their expiration.

The amount advised will be credited to the current accounts notified by the debenture holders at the time of subscribing the Debentures.
