LOT VACUUM Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A083310) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase shares for KRW 2,000 million under the contract with KB Securities. The purpose of the program is to stabilize share prices and enhance shareholder value. The program will be valid until October 5, 2021. As of April 5, 2021, the company had 720,322 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 14,328 shares in treasury under other capacities.
LOT VACUUM Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based manufacturer principally engaged in the provision of dry vacuum pumps for semiconductor manufacturing. The Company manufactures and sells dry vacuum pumps which are used to maintain the vacuum state without oil, used in manufacturing of semiconductors, displays, solar cells and others. It also distributes high vacuum turbo pumps for semiconductor manufacturing. The Company also provides equipment-related after-sale services including maintenance and repair services. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to the overseas markets. On September 30, 2013, it established a new wholly owned subsidiary in China, engaged in the sale and repair of vacuum pump for semiconductor.
