NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Minerva S.A. ("Minerva" or "Company"), the South American leader in the export of beef, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company was selected to compose B3's Carbon Efficient Index (ICO2). The new portfolio that was released today, is comprised of 58 companies' shares, and will remain valid from January 4th to April 30th 2021, being rebalanced every four months according to IBrX 100 updates.

Created in 2010, ICO2 consists of companies that adopt transparent practices regarding their greenhouse gas emissions. Minerva Foods adhesion to ICO2 demonstrates the Company's commitment with the transparency of its emissions and how we are preparing for a low carbon economy.

Minerva will keep shareholders and the market in general informed on the development of this and any other material issue.
