NetScout Systems, Inc. Announces Appointments to Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board

Effective May 1, 2018, the Board of Directors of NetScout Systems, Inc., following the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, appointed Susan Spradley to the Audit Committee and Alfred Grasso to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. As a result of the appointment of the new directors, Joseph G. Hadzima, Jr. will continue to serve as Chair of the Compensation Committee but will no longer serve on the Audit Committee.
