On April 4, 2024, Mary Meeker informed Nextdoor Holdings, Inc. that she will not stand for re-election as a member of the company?s Board of Directors upon the expiration of her term at the conclusion of the Company?s upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Ms. Meeker?s decision not to stand for re-election was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices.
