Novartis India Limited at its board meeting held on February 17, 2024, announced Mr. Jai Hiremath, Independent Director, shall be completing his second and final term as an Independent Director of the Company on March 31, 2024. Accordingly, he ceases to be Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours of March 31, 2024.
