           Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
           Officers.

Effective October 4, 2021, Richard Sorota and the Company agreed to a mutual separation from Perrigo Company plc (the "Company"), such that he is no longer serving as Executive Vice President ("EVP") & President, Consumer Self-Care Americas of the Company and all relevant subsidiaries and affiliates.

Item 8.01 Other Information.

On October 4, 2021, the Company announced the appointment of James Dillard III as EVP and President, Consumer Self-Care Americas effective immediately. Mr. Dillard previously held the role of EVP and Chief Scientific Officer. In his new role, Mr. Dillard will continue to report to Murray Kessler.
