Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 1.55% of the outstanding shares for ¥75.6 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until November 30, 2018. As of May 28, 2018, the company had 12,889,457 shares outstanding and 946,801 shares in treasury.
