Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 1.56% of its share capital, for ¥80 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to respond to changes in the business environment and enable a flexible capital policy execution. The program will run until June 30, 2020. As of February 25, 2020, the company had 12,819,557 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,016,701 shares in treasury.
