PT Bina Buana Sarana announced that it has received IDR 28 billion in funding from parent PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk and other investors.

PT Bina Buana Sarana announced that it will receive IDR 28 billion in an equity round of funding on June 26, 2012. The transaction will included participation from all shareholders including parent PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk. Following the closing, the issued and paid in capital of the company will increase from IDR 20 billion to IDR 48 billion.

On August 27, 2012, PT Bina Buana Sarana closed the transaction.
