Randstad N.V. agreed to acquire CTC EXTERNALIZACIÓN S.L.U. from Portobello Capital Gestión, SGEIC, S.A.

Randstad N.V. (ENXTAM:RAND) signed an agreement to acquire CTC EXTERNALIZACIÓN S.L.U. from Portobello Capital Gestión, SGEIC, S.A. on July 12, 2023. The enterprise value of the acquisition is ?80.5 million. In 2022, Grupo CTC reported a revenue of ?230 million.

The completion of the transaction is subject to several conditions, which parties expect to be fulfilled in the coming weeks.
