Renuka Holdings PLC is a Sri Lanka-based holding company for subsidiaries engaged in the business of Agri food exports, consumer brands, property and investment. The Company's Agri food exports business includes manufacturing and marketing of the export of coconut products; organic certification license holder and investment in plantation/farm and integration projects; sourcing, manufacturing and exporting ethnic food products; planting and managing forestry, and engaging in organic certified cultivation of agriculture. The Company's forestry is mainly situated in the Wiharagama estate in the Matale district of Sri Lanka. The land comprises of Teak, Kaya and Mahagony trees. Its consumer brands business includes fast moving consumer goods; manufacturing of dairy and fruit juice based products, and providing warehousing facilities. Its property and investment business includes property development, and investing and trading in debt, equity and other classes of instruments.
