RL Commercial REIT, Inc. announced that in the recent board of directors meeting, the board approved the declaration of dividends of PHP 0.0976 per outstanding common share for the fourth quarter of 2022, bringing its total dividends for the year 2022 to PHP 0.3887 per outstanding common share. The cash dividends will be payable on 28 February 2023 to stockholders on record as of 20 February 2023.

The Companyâs primary purpose is to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise, and to own, develop, sell, mortgage, lease, and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds.
