RL Commercial REIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 1,025.41 million compared to PHP 1,193.22 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,324.47 million compared to PHP 1,418.86 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,056.19 million compared to PHP 1,135.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0985 compared to PHP 0.11 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0985 compared to PHP 0.11 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 3,397.92 million compared to PHP 3,340.87 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 4,064.36 million compared to PHP 3,912.85 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 3,236.7 million compared to PHP 3,125.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.3017 compared to PHP 0.31 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.3017 compared to PHP 0.31 a year ago.
RL Commercial REIT, Inc. is a Philippines-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Companyâs primary purpose is to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise, and to own, develop, sell, mortgage, lease, and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds. It leases to a diversified tenant base and has a portfolio of approximately 16 commercial real estate assets across the Philippines with an aggregate gross leasable area (GLA) of 480,479 square kilometers.
