On August 9, 2023, the RL Commercial REIT, Inc.'s board of directors approved the declaration of its second regular cash dividends for calendar year 2023 covering the period April 1 to June 30, 2023 at PHP 0.0978 per outstanding common share to stockholders on record date as of August 24, 2023. The cash dividend will be payable on August 31, 2023.
RL Commercial REIT, Inc. is a Philippines-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Companyâs primary purpose is to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise, and to own, develop, sell, mortgage, lease, and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds.
