Robinson PLC Appoints Alan Raleigh as Non-Executive Director; Approves Increased Interim Dividend, Payable on October 1, 2015

Robinson PLC announced appointment of Alan Raleigh as non-executive director effective August 19, 2015.

The board approved an increased interim dividend of 2.5 pence compared to interim dividend of 2.25 pence a year ago. The increased interim dividend to be paid on October 1, 2015 to shareholders on the register at August 28, 2015. The ordinary shares ex-dividend date is 27 August 2015.
