San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc. announced the resignation of Zenaida M. Postradoas as Treasurer and San Miguel Food Group Chief Finance Officer, Rita Imelda B. Palabyab as Head, Branded Business Cluster, Leo A. Obviar as Head, Agro-Industrial Cluster, Raul B. Nazareno as Head, International Business Cluster and Branded Business Cluster Exports Business, Florentino C Policarpio as Head, Milling Cluster, Oscar R. Sañez as Vice President, San Miguel Food Group Corporate Affairs and Strategic Planning Head, Rodolfo M. Abaya as Vice President, San Miguel Food Group Human Resources Head, Jennifer T. Tan as Vice President, San Miguel Food Group Procurement Head, Vice President and General Manager,San Miguel Foods Great Food Solutions, Ophelia L. Fernandez as San Miguel Food Group Internal Audit Head. The all resignations are effective from July 05, 2018. The company also announced the appointment of Roberto N. Huang as Chief Operating Officer Beer, Emmanuel B. Macalalag as Chief Operating Officer Liquor, Ferdinand K. Constantino as Treasurer, Ildefonso B. Alindongan as Vice President, Chief Finance Officer and Strategy Officer, and Kristina Lowella I Garcia as Assistant Vice President, Investment Relations Manager effective from July 05, 2018.
The company also announced the re-designation of Ramon S. Ang from the post of Vice Chairman to Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Francisco S. Alejo III from the post of President to Chief Operating Officer-Food.
