Scales Corporation Limited (NZSE:SCL) agreed to acquire Certain assets from Bostock Group Limited and remainig 50% stake in Profruit (2006) Limited from Bostock New Zealand Limited for NZD 47.5 million on May 16, 2024. The consideration consists of NZD 47.50 million in cash. The Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to complete in early to mid-June 2024.
