Senior plc announced that Bindi Foyle, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board of her intention, after 18 years with the Group, to retire from a full-time executive career and will therefore be leaving the Company in 12 months' time, after an orderly transition. Bindi joined Senior in 2006 and was appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director in 2017. The Board will now actively start the succession process.
Bindi is a highly Executive Board Member.
