Serendip Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7318) agreed to acquire Takashima Robot Marketing on March 14, 2024. The transaction is expected to close on April 30, 2024.
SERENDIP HOLDINGS Co Ltd operates Professional Solutions business, Investment business, and Manufacturing business. The Professional Solution business includes manager dispatch business, such as professional manager dispatch and management consulting (business succession and business revitalization), engineer dispatch business, such as the design, development and information technology engineer dispatch, and software development. The Investment businesses include investment, mergers and acquisition-related businesses, including funds, joint investment, and financial advisory. The Manufacturing business includes automotive suppliers including automobile interior and exterior parts (luggage room interior parts, exterior parts such as fender liners and rear wheel house liners) and automobile precision parts (automatic functional parts), as well as factory automation equipment including connector automatic assembly machines, and battery-related automatic assembly machines and others.
