Shun Tak Holdings Officially Launches "The Chung Hom Kok Collection"

Set at the traditional premier site of Island South Offering true prestige with individual house numberings

(22 February, 2016 - Hong Kong) Shun Tak Holdings Limited ('Shun Tak' or the 'Company') announced today the official launch of "The Chung Hom Kok Collection" located on Horizon Drive and Chung Hom Kok Road, on the south side of Hong Kong. Solely developed by the Company, the Collection comprises five brand new prime houses located at the most prestigious residential site in Hong Kong. Each distinctive residence has its very own unique house numbering and features different perspectives, configurations and designer landscapes. Stand-alone houses have always been in extreme scarcity in Hong Kong and those with a unique house numbering are as scarce as hen's teeth. A market research revealed that Hong Kong Island accounts for approximately 16% of the overall supply of houses in Hong Kong in 2015 but less than 5% of which has a unique house numbering.
