Shun Tak Holdings Officially Launches "The Chung Hom Kok Collection"

(22 February, 2016 - Hong Kong) Shun Tak Holdings Limited ('Shun Tak' or the 'Company') announced today the official launch of "The Chung Hom Kok Collection" located on Horizon Drive and Chung Hom Kok Road, on the south side of Hong Kong. Solely developed by the Company, the Collection comprises five brand new prime houses located at the most prestigious residential site in Hong Kong. Stand-alone houses have always been in extreme scarcity in Hong Kong and those with a unique house numbering are as scarce as hen's teeth. A market research revealed that Hong Kong Island accounts for approximately 16% of the overall supply of houses in Hong Kong in 2015 but less than 5% of which has a unique house numbering. Currently, the primary market in Hong Kong sees a very limited amount of houses with individual house numberings while the amount available in the secondary market is slightly over 20. Among the hundred some houses on the Hong Kong Island which will be launched in the next four years, less than 30 of them come with a unique house numbering.
