Space Co., Ltd. (TSE:9622) announced a private placement of 135,500 shares at a price of KRW 8,450 for gross proceeds of KRW 1,144,975,000 to existing investor Next Floor Co., Ltd. on February 22, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on February 28, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
SPACE CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the environmental production, exhibition and display of commercial facilities, as well as the planning, development, design, supervision, and construction of cultural and sports facilities, complex commercial facilities, corporate identity (CI) and graphics. The Company operates Display business. The Company provides interior and exterior works, event and exhibition works, architectural work, maintenance work, planning, design and interior supervision service. By market segment, the Company includes complex commercial facilities and general supermarkets, food supermarkets and convenience stores, various specialty stores, restaurants and services.
