Space Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9622) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 66,700 shares, representing 0.27% for ¥100 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will run until March 24, 2022. As of December 31, 2021, the company had 24,685,592 shares outstanding and 1,914,727 shares in treasury.
