Space Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9622) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 73,600 shares, representing 0.29% for ¥100 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will run until June 23, 2022. As of March 31, 2022, the company had 24,606,851 shares outstanding and 1,993,468 shares in treasury.
