Rocket Revenue AB entered into an agreement to acquire Affilijet Operations AB from Speqta AB (OM : SPEQT) for approximately SEK 10 million.

Rocket Revenue AB entered into an agreement to acquire Affilijet Operations AB from Speqta AB (publ) (OM : SPEQT) for approximately SEK 11.1 million on June 28, 2022. The consideration will be paid in cash in connection with the closing on a cash and debt-free basis. The transaction is expected to close at the beginning of July 2022.
