SYN-TECH Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd. approved the distribution of cash dividend of TWD 1.75 per share for the year 2017.
The company announced that the election of board of directors and supervisors: They are: Director, Standard Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd. Chen-Ming, Hsiao; Director, Pai Shih Da Investment Co., Ltd. Tzu-Ting, Fan; Director Chun-Tzer, Tsai Independent Director, Eng-Chi, Wang; Independent Director, Chi-Min, Chen; Supervisor, An Fu Corporation: Yuan-Feng, Kao; Supervisor, Shui-Ching, Chen and Supervisor, Kuo-Ming, Wu. The proposal to release newly elected directors from non-competition restrictions was approved after voting.
SYN-TECH Chem. & Pharm. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the production, processing and distribution of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
