On January 3, 2022, Gary L. Sugarman submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS), effective immediately. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Sugarman was a member of the Board's Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
