Tenda Games Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise ¥47 million in an equity round of funding on January 12, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, TENDA Co.,LTD to retain it's 100% stake in the company. The company?s registered capital will increase from ¥3 million to ¥50 million post the transaction.
The transaction has been approved by the shareholder of TENDA Co.,LTD. The transaction is expected to be close on March 1, 2024.
