The OLB Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:OLB) entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire a 80.01% stake in Cuentas SDI, LLC from SDI Black 011, LLC for $0.85 million on June 15, 2023. OLB plans to re-brand the platform and make it part of the OLB Payment Platform and ECO Payment system.
