TICON FREEHOLD AND LEASEHOLD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited, ("the Company") as the REIT Manager of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT), has convened the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2023 on February 2, 2023 and approved the 31st dividend payment of THB 0.1870 per unit trust, from the operating results of FTREIT between October 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022. The payment will be made on March 2, 2023.
The date of determination of unitholders entitled to receive the 31st dividend payment will be February 17, 2023.
