Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT announced reference is made to the announcements of Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited (the company or the REIT Manager), as the REIT Manager of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT), on 31 July 2023 with regard to the Investment in the additional investment assets of FTREIT which is under-developing factory building. As well as, the project aligns with the purpose of the establishment of FTREIT in raising funds to purchase or lease immovable property and to procure benefits from such immovable property by renting out, including to improve, modify and develop capability of immovable property, in order to generate income and return to FTREIT and trust unitholders of FTREIT. The REIT Manager would like to inform trust unitholders about the progress of investment in the additional investment assets of FTREIT which is comprised of freehold right of land and factory building no.

M1.7 development project (Factory M1.7 Development Project) located in AMATA City Chonburi Industrial Estate which is adjacent to land and factory buildings no. L2.6 which is the existing asset of FTREIT. Presently, the project is completed and ready to procure benefits.

The details of which are as follows. Factory M1.7 Development Project located in AMATA City Chonburi Industrial Estate (Additional Investment Assets) with the investment value of approximately THB 53.12 million Ownership of land, Title Deed no. 123211 transferred from Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA), with an approximate area of 1 Rai 3 Ngan 79 Square Wah, located in AMATA City Chonburi Industrial Estate situated in Don Hua Lo, Mueang Chonburi, Chonburi Province where is Factory M1.7 Development Project is located (Invested Land), with an investment value of approximately THB 16.55 million.

The ownership of land has been transferred on 27 July 2023. Ownership of 1 factory building, with total area of approximately 1,750 square meters, including other utilities, systems and facilities which are component parts of such building constructed and developed by FTREIT (Investment Building), with an approximate value of THB 36.57 million. At present, the project is completed and ready to procure benefits.

It has been secured with long-term lease agreement by the existing tenant of FTREIT's factory no L2.6, starting from February 2024 onward.
