The Board of Directors' of Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust meeting held on May 3, 2023 approved the 32nd dividend payment of THB 0.1870 per unit trust, from the operating results of FTREIT
between January 1st, 2023 - March 31st, 2023. The payment will be made on June 1st, 2023. The date of determination of unitholders entitled to receive the 32nd dividend payment will be May 18th, 2023.
Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trustâs objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to acquire, lease and/or sub-lease of immovable properties.
